Andy reads an angry poem he wrote about the harm he and others have experienced through a religion centred around a fierce and hateful God who takes the side of the powerful, and talks a bit about the accepting and compassionate God he spends his time trying to find.

In a new style of episode for this year, called "readings", Andy reads some prayers he wrote in 2015, and reflects on how they land for him now. These prayers ask for forgiveness for our part in an oppressive world, and express faith that God can and will engage with us.
